Noah / Nuh / Noach

The righteous man chosen to preserve life during the great flood, a narrative found in remarkably similar forms across Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. God commanded him to build an ark and gather animals two by two, saving humanity and creation from divine judgment. After the flood, God established the Noahic covenant, promising never again to destroy the earth by water.
